We were moving our Daughter to Denver and traveling in two vehicles. Our vehicle broke down on the way to Denver and she and her friend were ahead of us. We told her to go to the Hotel and get into the room and we would be there as soon as our vehicle was fixed. I had already reserved 2 rooms and paid with my credit card. When she arrived at the hotel, she was told that since she was not 21 years old, she would not be able to check in and stay there. After several phone calls to the hotel, we finally spoke to the supervisor and told them of the situation. The girls were finally allowed to go to the room. They can drive, vote, get married, but can't stay at the hotel if you are under 21???? Never heard of this!!!

I liked the customer service of the hotel. The room was comfort, clean, and quiet. The staff was attentive and helpful.
Restaurant staff is VERY poor. You have to wait to be seated and you will be when someone finally notices you. Had to wait 20 minutes to get water, staff always hiding in the back. Doesn't matter what time of day it is. No valet service for cars.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices, especially considering the comfortable bed and the beautiful view of the mountains from the room. It really made my stay special. Secondly, the staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my time at the hotel. They were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of. Lastly, the breakfast provided a good selection of options, included in our rate. Although the eggs were reconstituted, the overall variety and quality of the breakfast made for a satisfying start to the day.
All was well with this hotel.

I liked everything but my room.
At the moment the hotel is in the middle of highway construction. My room, the phone, iron and select comfort bed control did not work. Entrance door jam stuck badly. The phone was fixed, iron exchanged with another one that didn't work and I was told the bed was broken..period.....I continued to "shoulder shove" my way into the room for four days.....I probably will not use your hotel again. I am in hotels 8 days a month, minimum. Cafe wait person dropped my credit card on the floor!! We were lucky to find it before someone else did! Scary moment! Be nice if the leaking roof was fixed in the cafe so customers do not need to walk around the "bucket".... Janet Green

If you enjoy walking or biking, Cherry Creek Park and Lake is across the street. We liked this a lot, and the free shuttle service to the airport was great. There's a nice outdoor pool and the food in the bar and coffee shop was good. Our room had a nice view of the mountains. Some things in the room were not working perfectly. Had to ask for a new luggage rack, and the knob on the air conditioning was loose.

Excellent experience. The hotel offered great service during our vacation. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The restaurant had a unique sci-fi/fantasy-based menu that we enjoyed. the location was perfect as it was close to key attractions. The shuttle driver was also very patient and helpful.
There were a few issues that affected our stay. The front desk service was not friendly and some staff members were unhelpful.

Everything was great until I requested the use of a child car seat for the shuttle to DIA. On our trip to DIA front desk provided a booster seat but on the way back they said that they had no idea about any child seat. Later we learned that the seat we were provided was a guests. Providing booster and child seats for the shuttle [required by law] would be a great addition to your facility

The hotel is conveniently located next to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms, although not the most updated, are comfortable and clean. The bathroom could use some improvements, but the service provided by the staff is commendable. The breakfast options at the in-house restaurant are not the best, but there are other dining options available nearby. One of the highlights of the hotel is the view of the pretty lake and beach, where guests can relax and unwind. Additionally, the hotel offers facilities such as a fitness center and free Wi-Fi, adding to the overall convenience of the stay.
It is disappointing to hear that some guests experienced issues with the hotel's billing system, resulting in unexpected charges on their cards.

Hotel is next to a metro station, metro directly to downtown. And they have a free good shuttle service. Not only to the airport, but we also get a shuttle to the supermarket.
